Family Medical Group implemented an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in December 2006.  We are in the process of phasing out our paper charts and scanning pertinent information into our electronic system.  The move to an EHR for Family Medical Group has improved office workflow and allows "real time" access to our patient's health information.
